On 11 July 2026, the Vanessa Macamo Foundation held a pre-launch event marking the beginning of its launch process. The gathering brought together prospective governing-body members, guests and the founder’s family in an atmosphere of closeness, emotion and commitment to the institution’s mission.
The event did not yet represent the Foundation’s formal legal establishment, but it marked an important step in presenting its vision, the values guiding the project and the institutional path being prepared.
A mission presented to guests
Vanessa Macamo shared the motivations behind the Foundation and presented its ambition to become an institution committed to human development, education, inclusion, empowerment and the social transformation of Mozambican communities.
